Green Bullet Creating Online Help Using RoboHELP X5 Classic Version (Introduction/Intermediate)  Three days $1195 per student (3 minimum)
Prerequisites: Basic knowledge of Word 2000/2002—navigating, editing, using styles and templates.

Course includes:
  • Structured workbook keyed to hands-on exercises
  • Instruction in basic help authoring and topic design
  • Post-class phone and e-mail access to the instructor for ongoing assistance

Prerequisites: A basic/intermediate knowledge of RoboHELP 2000 Classic Edition.

Course includes:
  • Specific coverage of FAQ, Tricks and Tips, and Troubleshooting issues
  • Coverage of class-specific needs and issues
  • Post-class phone and e-mail access to the instructor for ongoing assistance

Green Bullet Indexing using RoboHELP X5 HTML Editions  (Introduction/Intermediate) Two days $795 per student (3 minimum)
Prerequisites: Beginner/intermediate knowledge of indexing with some exposure to the uniqueness of online indexing or the Basic Online Indexing course. This course does not cover basic indexing. though it does include a copy of Sageline's indexing workbook for each student.

Course includes:
  • Pre-session preparation materials to be completed and handed in the weekend before the start of the course
  • Structured workbook keyed to hands-on exercises
  • Students will complete four separate indexing projects—three alone and one as a member of a small team
  • Post-class phone and e-mail access to the instructor for ongoing assistance
